Well another year has now come and gone.  I was 63 years old on Sunday.  I want to thank all that sent cards.  Gary took me out for Chinese on Saturday afternoon.  Gary also got me a big cupcake for my birthday, and chocolate ice cream. Everything was very good.
Gary and I picked green beans  Saturday evening.  Today Monday I canned 20 pints.  I will probably get 10 more pints from the beans that are left.  Summer squash are not doing so good this year.  Should be plenty of tomatoes.  We have been having one of the best summer sandwiches, a soggy tomato  sandwich.  Second best is a cuke sandwich.  You can pick your favorite summer sandwich.  One of the best things of summer is having your own garden, another best thing is going to the beach and going swimming.  Gary and I are going to the beach for our anniversary.  We will have been married 19 years this year.  I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer.  Summer goes go by way to fast.
